I use the Canadian Foreign Affairs travel website to find the entry requirements for each country: Visa, ETA, vaccinations, etc.
Belgrade, Serbia — No visa required for stays up to 90 days.
Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina — No visa required for stays up to 90 days. Be sure passport is stamped on entry.
Podgorica, Montenegro — No visa required for stays up to 90 days. Be sure you are registered at hotel; if not register at police station within 24 hours of arrival.
Tirane, Albania — No visa required for stays up to 90 days.
Pristina, Kosovo — No visa required for stays up to 90 days. Be sure you are registered at hotel; if not register at police station within 24 hours of arrival.
Skopje, North Macedonia — No visa required for stays up to 90 days. Be sure you are registered at hotel; if not register at police station within 24 hours of arrival.
Sofia, Bulgaria — No visa required for stays up to 90 days.
Bucharest, Romania — No visa required for stays up to 90 days.
Chişinău, Moldova — No visa required for stays up to 90 days.
